The LLUK Catalyst programme are running in partnership with Protocol National and the Networks for Black Professionals a series of upcoming events which will be of real interest to provider organisations. These events will bring providers face to face with talented management candidates who want to work in our sector. They'll allow you to talk to these candidates and assess their potential as a future leader or manager for your organisation, whilst giving you the chance to showcase your organisation as an employer of choice.
The events are part of Lifelong Learning UK's Catalyst Make a Difference programme which you may have already heard of. The programme was developed in response to Sir Andrew Foster’s recommendation that the learning and skills sector as a whole needed to refresh itself by recruiting from a wider pool of talented professionals.
A consortium of organisations provides HR support for the programme, including Protocol National and the Network for Black Professionals who are supporting this programme with their HR expertise for providers. You'll stay in control of all recruitment processes and decisions but they will work with you to provide extra support if you need it.
These events will be run throughout the summer on the following dates.
5 June Manchester
16 June Barking College
19 June Gloucestershire
26 June Newcastle
3 July Reading/Guildford
17 July Ipswich/Norwich
4 Sept Leeds/Sheffield
