A seminar hosted by LSIS, in partnership with ALP to explore what globalisation means in practice for all work based learning providers and employers and what does it mean in practice for those charged with up skilling their workforce to compete in a global economy. The aims of the seminar are to:

• Raise questions, share knowledge, understanding and experience
• Explore what realistically can be done to get started or improve            existing practice
• Agree priorities and help shape action plans for individual providers and the work based learning sector as a whole

The seminar will be chaired by Paul Warner, ALP Director of Employment and Skills with supporting input from specialists with the expertise and knowledge in the global skills economy. The half day seminar is FREE to all ALP Members to attend and £75+VAT for all others.
