Simon has 19 years experience in the post 16 sector working previously for the Learning & Skills Council Somerset, Somerset Training and Enterprise Council and the Employment Department – Training Agency (Somerset & Dorset)

Before joining ALP in September 2006, Simon had spent the previous 12 years in various contract management roles predominately managing Work Based Learning (Apprenticeships/NVQ & E2E) delivery for the TEC & LSC.

Simon is responsible for the contract management of the Learning Innovation Grant (LIG) project that is delivered by ALP.

The project supports the delivery of the Government’s ‘Harnessing Technology’ E-Learning strategy.
